Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within [EXCHANGE WINDOW, e.g. 10 days] of receiving the order. [Request here]([EXCHANGE REQUEST LINK]).

2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

3. Payment: Any difference in amount must be paid at the time of creating the exchange request. Cash on Delivery is not available for exchange orders.

4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

5. Product Exchange:

  • If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

Return Policy

There is no refund policy once an order is confirmed.

A return and refund will be considered only if the item received is defective or damaged, and this is supported by an unedited unboxing video of the parcel recorded continuously from start to finish.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within [REFUND PROCESSING DAYS, e.g. 7-10] working days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
